I understand that we all want the same thing: to be listened to, accepted, loved and understood for who we are…to be seen!

At our essence, we are perfect and uniquely individual.

The importance of being held from this understanding is similar to the love that a mother has for her newborn child, it’s unconditional. This creates a feeling of safety and warmth that allows her child to grow and prosper. The moment that child believes in a negative thought about themselves or the world around them everything starts to change. We become vulnerable and that feeling of safety starts to fade.

Truth: A thought is harmless unless we believe it.  

The problem is we do believe and we carry these beliefs with us until we stop, recognise and change them.

I am here to help you lose the fear-based stories you’ve innocently held onto all of your life so that you can return to a life filled with wonder, joy, playfulness and prosperity.

I am excited to announce that I am now qualified to facilitate BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Workshops.

BioDynamic Breathwork is a profound and revolutionary system of embodiment and breathwork that integrates deep connected breathing with specially designed conscious movement, sound healing, soft emotional release, touch, and meditation.

Trauma and chronic stress are held in the body, restricting our breath, blocking the flow of bioenergy, and limiting the natural expression of feeling, connection, and essence.

going with the flow

Learning to relax can be easier said than done, but when we stop pushing against the flow and surrender to what is showing up in our lives, everything becomes easier, and the drama starts to fade. Ask yourself, can I do anything to change the situation? If the answer is YES, then do it! and if it is NO, we must learn to let it go and accept it. You become empowered either way and the stress falls to the side allowing a sense of ease into your life. When we are in the flow of life we are in divine alignment with all things, doors start to open with new opportunities and pathways which lead us toward fulfilling our desires.

DAILY SELF CARE

It doesn’t matter what you do each day to centre yourself. Yoga, meditation, walking in nature, running or going to the gym all have the therapeutic value of helping us to get out of our heads and into the body, it is about setting an intention to connect the Mind, Body and Spirit. When we live in our heads we do not pay attention to what is showing up in our bodies. Our bodies are incredible, they let us know when we are stressed, we don’t want to become ill, our bodies work tirelessly to gain our attention, as they want us to heal. This is why I am in no doubt that sickness starts from a thought. So let’s start paying attention today!

The key to your success resides within

Once you recognise what it is you desire it is easy to find the blocks and limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.

As we have already established you were not born with negative beliefs about yourself or the world, you learnt them at one time or another, normally in your early formative years. The negative beliefs are NOT the truth, these are the exact obstacles that stop us from living a life of fulfilment. This is why depression, anxiety, hopelessness, despair etc. show up in our experience. It’s the body’s way of trying to gain our attention that there is work to do.

Once we remove these negative, self-defeating beliefs (blocks), we stop the unwanted, self-sabotaging behaviours in their track! You get another chance to do it differently.

As we do the work it is important to recognise that this is a gentle process as the mind, body and spirit will only allow us to go to the places that we are ready to venture to today.

If you have experienced trauma we will slowly peel back the layers gaining the inner strength needed to heal the heart of the matter. We all have inner positive resources that can be used when needed. The emotional pain of the memory has become ‘stuck’, in our bodies, as though time has stood still. Once we have moved through and processed the emotions linked to the memory emotional freedom is attained.
