Welcome. I’m Louise Hawkins, a holistic therapist and counsellor in training, offering a warm, compassionate, and integrative space to explore emotional, psychological, and life challenges.

I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, self-critical, or disconnected from themselves. My approach is relational, collaborative, and paced to your needs, supporting you to explore what’s happening for you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.

Alongside my counselling training, I bring over 20 years’ experience in holistic and complementary therapies. I am a Student Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, with regular supervision.

Online & In-Office Sessions Available

You might be here because something feels difficult, stuck, or out of balance. Below are some of the areas people often bring into sessions.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Reflections from Clients

Reflections are shared with permission. Individual experiences vary.

The reflections below relate to coaching and holistic support and are offered to give a sense of how some clients have experienced working with me.

I have been working with Louise for the past 5 months, during what has been the most difficult and transformational period of my life. We connected immediately and she has provided guidance and understanding through this process. Using techniques and language to work through events and relationships, she has shown me how to re-frame many of the limitations that have been consuming me for years. Knowing that I was ready to take this journey, I have been honest and open to her work, yielding results I never expected. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
— Tracey
In just a few sessions Louise has encouraged a drastic shift in my perspective of my life. Her approach to therapy is hands-on providing you with tools to assist you with whatever you may be dealing with but at the same time reminding you that you have the power within to deal with whatever shows up with her by your side as a trusted guide.

What Happens Next

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.

If you’d like to explore working together, the first step is a free 20-minute consultation. This is a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and see whether the way I work feels like a good fit for you. There’s no obligation to continue.

If we decide to work together, we’ll agree next steps collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you.

I work best with adults who are open to reflection and curious about their inner experience. My approach is not about quick fixes or being told what to do, but about creating space for understanding, choice, and gentle change.

If you are currently in crisis or need urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

You are very welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
